The Challenge

Within this challenge we are asked to do 5 things everyday for 21 days.


  1.  3 Gratitude’s daily
o    Write down 3 different things we are grateful for every day. This will reprogram our minds to scan for the positive not the negative.
     2.  Journaling
o    Journaling about one positive experience a day helps your mind to relive it.
     3.  Exercise
o    Exercise helps your body and is always good. It teaching your brain that behavior matters.
     4.  Meditation
o    Meditation helps us get over our cultural ADHD that we have been creating to do multiple tasks at once. It allows our brain to focus on the jobs at hand.
     5.  Random Acts of Kindness or Conscious acts of kindness
o    One act of kindness help create a ripple of positivity.
